More Mammy Bag Holders

These are two more Mammy Bag Holders that I just finished.  The top one is a pattern from Bette's Tomorrow's Treasures.  She wears a watermelon print dress and the pocket on her apron says, "Clean Yo Mess Honey Chile".  She carries a bag of Mammy's Best Flour.  The pattern had "fingers" on the hand but I changed it because I hate turning and stuffing those bugars!

The second one is from the pattern I used before.  She just wears a different dress but is carrying her Rag tailed chicken.  The last one sold at the gift shop in Hillsboro and the shop owner called and asked for "more dolls with bags up her butt".  So these two girls are going up there today. :)

  3. Hi Frieda: Do you have a brick and mortar shop here in NYS? If so, where are you? I might be coming out east to Saratoga Springs in October...

  5. OH Frieda I LOVE LOVE LOVE the second Mammy with "bags up her butt". I've seen these before, and have Mammy's in my kitchen, but none that I've thought were as awesome as yours. Would you be interested in making another one???
